I appreciate your response, but you do not address the fact that my emails were not fully answered and addressed. It really is not ok to patronise me but saying that 7 days might seem like a long time. You have my money and I do not have my product and I would like a full refund. This is one of the worst companies with whom I have ever had the misfortune to deal.

Ordered some OC trainers, they turned up but didn’t fit. Returned them that day, as you would. 12 days later I get the box back, with a pair of cheap swim/beach shoes (£5 max and the kind you find in beach towns) in the same box I sent them in….
Emailed to say, what is this, why have you sent me these?!
Email back from customer service is appalling and says they’re returning what I sent to them and that they don’t sell these type of shoes.
My reply was along the lines of are you joking!?! And that I returned what was sent due to poor fit. And the fact they’re based in Devon and such swim shoes are sold there.
I’ve contacted my card provider who will get my money back despite the b/s from this business.
But as a person who has 300+ orders on Amazon alone per year, I’ve never seen this before.
Then you start to do some searches on the internet and wow just so many poor reviews, titled scammers for so many reasons… My card provider couldn’t believe the amount!
Do not trade with this provider people, there isn’t smoke without fire and regardless of quick same same responses on here (which isn’t a reflection of customer service at all) they are as shady a business as there is. A bunch of cowboys/girls, who clearly look to take advantage of people who actually earn their livings honestly.
And this review won’t be altered without a full admission of a problem on their end.
**** From Trustpilot - as you can see another weak reply below… No investigation carried out, simple email response as I expressed earlier. Why would someone even write this if there was no validity in it???!

I brought a trainers which were apparently delivered by Royal Mail.
These were never received and I informed this company. They stated they have GPS tracking so parcel been delivered.
They now state that Royal Mail have definitely delivered parcel as their hub abs driver day so.
That’s makes me a lair then.
Have raised complaint which they haven’t even answered.
Please use a proper company who don’t accuse the customer of being a lair.,
They say now claim off your credit card and that’s it.
Have a look at my more detailed review on trustpilot and the response. It’s laughable.
I hope some people do not use this company and buy from a company who treat their customers with respect.

There were delays, however, that is transport and the tracking helped us be assured. We got the parcel left whilst we were not home, however, in a position that was not visible from the street and that showed Driver Intelligence. Well done, regards, Mike Elder

I ordered some new running trainers. They had not arrived after a week so had to chase them up myself with customer services only to be told they had been lost in transit. Also was not able to re order any as they were no longer available even though they were showing as available still on their website. Overall disappointing experience.
